This fully indigenous Botanical Garden showcases the very best of Southern cape flora, and is a non-profit community benefiting organization which was stared by members of the George community about fifteen or so years ago. Various species of locally indigenous flora including Fynbos, Forests, wildflowers, succulents, karoid vegetation and medicinal plant mound offers a fresh and interesting excursion to young and old alike. The GRBG is rich in bird and insect life and also has a lovely tea garden and Indigenous plant nursery which is open to the public on weekdays from 10-4pm
