If you are looking for the best place to fish, and watch the whales at the same time, or if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Cape Infanta is the place for you! Cape Infanta is situated on the western side of the Breede River Mouth just opposite Witsand. From Cape Town it is about 2 /3 hours drive.

Infanta Whales Self-Catering Accommodation is a two bedroom duplex house with indoor and outdoor braai facilities and DSTV. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with deepfreeze, fridge, stove, crockery & cutlery. The house has two toilets, a shower and a bath. Bedding is supplied, just bring your own towels.

The house is suitable for one couple, with or without kids, or two couples without kids. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a double bunk (stack bed) downstairs. The house would also be very suitable for say 4/5 fishermen on a fishing vacation! We are accredited by CTRU.

The Duplex House is a walking distance to the sea and 1 kilometer from the Breede river mouth. Please note the garage attached to the house is not included in the occupation of the house but there is a carport for two cars.

Plenty of whales can be seen during June to November. You can climb up the cliff ,sit on the bench, and watch the whales frolicking in the water below.

St Sebastian Bay and the surrounding hills cloaked in fynbos are a nature lover's and fisherman's delight.

There is a slipway for launching powerboats at Infanta bay and a rocky shoreline with good diving and angling spots.
