Situated 3km beyond the quaint village of Suurbraak on the slopes of the Kleinberg mountain and close to Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve, this is a wonderful spot for a leisurely week-end or holiday break away from city life. THE MOUNTAIN COTTAGE has three bedrooms comprising one double bed and four single beds - (accommodates six people) and two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, sitting area with fire-place. It has a patio and braai area. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and fridge. Gas lamps and candle light. No electricity. Guests only need to bring bedding and towels (pillows are provided). A bag of wood and a bottle of fresh farm milk are provided on arrival. THE RIVER COTTAGE, situated on the river edge at the foot of the mountain, is a fully equipped self-catering cottage, which sleeps four, has been built near the main house and has electricity. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds fitted with comfortable good quality mattresses. The bathroom has a shower. There is a large open plan lounge with fireplace leading onto patio with rural farm views. Outdoor braai area. ACTIVITIES ON THE FARM: - Swimming Or just relax at the cottage and enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of your own patio.
