Located in the heart of the Garden Route, The Point Hotel is superbly positioned on the rocks below Mossel Bay’s famous St Blaize Lighthouse. Guests can expect magnificent views and a tranquil atmosphere.

Facilities at the 4-star hotel include 52 luxury sea facing, en-suite bedrooms each with their own private balcony. Enjoy spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and unwind with a drink and marvel at the majestic sea life, which includes dolphins, humpback- and southern right whales. Directly below The Point Hotel is the largest tidal pool on the South African coastline, formed by natural rocks.

Each room is equipped with M-Net and DSTV, international plug points, remote control ceiling fans, panel heaters, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee station, a lock-up safe to ensure a comfortable stay and an internet access point with Wi-Fi hot spots located throughout the hotel. Conference facilities and equipment for up to 80 delegates are available and the function room with spectacular views of the sea.

Behind the hotel and perched above the Mossel Bay peninsula is the St Blaize Lighthouse. Erected in 1864, this is definitely a historical site of interest for tourists with awesome views of the majestic Indian Ocean.
