STILLBAAI - THINGS TO DO
Stilbaai on the Garden Route lies almost 400 kilometers east of Cape Town, 26 kilometers off the N2 highway, at the mouth of the Goukou River. Stilbaai lies on the “Cape Whale Route” and in whale season (which extends from approximately July to November each year) you can almost always observe whale mothers playing with their calves. Whale watching is a must and the dedicated whale watching view point above the harbour is an excellent viewing point. Stilbaai is an ideal holiday destination offering wide unspoilt beaches, perfect swimming conditions, boating, fishing and watersports. Apart from the scenic beauty and the rhythm of the waves, the coast provides ideal conditions for anglers.
