WILDERNESS - THINGS TO DO
Wilderness is situated between George and Sedgefield on the Garden Route and is renowned for its wide open beaches and beautiful lagoon system. The Outeniqua Mountains lie to the north and the Indian Ocean to the south with the Kaaimans River in the west and the Goukamma Nature Reserve in the east. Activities in the area include hiking, mountain-biking, kloofing, abseiling, bird and whale watching, paragliding, horse riding, scenic drives, angling, boating, canoeing and other water sports.
